Restrictions and Regulations
1. This service is exclusively tailored to wholesale courier and parcel service companies, registered as credit clients.
2. All shipments are subject to the provisions of the general cargo contract and the provisions of the current Civil Aviation Act. Shipper is responsible for ensuring that the shipment complies with such provisions.
3. Aeroméxico Cargo Pouch is a domestic, airport-to-airport service available to the 41 destinations within the Aeroméxico Cargo network in Mexico.
4. Certain regulations and documentation requirements, in addition to what is published here may apply. Please make sure your shipment complies with all local regulations.
5. Shipment dimensions (length x width x height) and weight must not exceed aircraft limitations. (See Fleet)
Check-in, Acceptance and Pickup
1. Shipment must be accepted and processed by the local ticketing counter no later than 3:00 am for zero segment flights, or 4 hours prior to estimated take-off time for all other flights. We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes prior to departure to make sure you have enough time to process all inspections and acceptance procedures.
2. Your cargo is considered as accepted once the air waybill has been issued and all inspections required by Aeroméxico and the local government have been duly completed.
3. Your shipment will be available for pickup 2.5 hours after the actual landing time for the selected flight; except for force majeure events beyond Aeromexico Cargo's control that hinder from meeting this time, e.g., heavy storm at the station, road closures to vehicular traffic, etc.
4. Each item of your shipment must be clearly labeled, including name and address of shipper and recipient.
5. Recycled or repurposed cardboard boxes are not accepted, or printed boxes that do not correspond to the products contained in them (e.g., egg boxes).
6. Your shipment must contain all required documentation for local government according to type of good.
7. Customers are responsible for unloading their boxes and placing them on cargo pallets per destination, for expedited documentation.
