Restrictions and Regulations
1. Service only available for credit customers conducting transportation of medicines and vaccines.
2. Not available for shipment of medical equipment (biomedical equipment, coats, syringes, etc.)
3. All shipments are subject to the provisions of the general cargo contract and the provisions of the current Civil Aviation Act. Shipper is responsible for ensuring that the shipment complies with such provisions.
4. Aeroméxico Cargo Pharma Standard is a domestic, airport-to-airport service, without flight selection, restricted to available destinations within the Aeroméxico Cargo network in Mexico.
5. Certain regulations and documentation requirements, in addition to what is published here may apply. Please make sure your shipment complies with all local regulations.
6. Shipment dimensions (length x width x height) and weight must not exceed aircraft limitations. (See Fleet)
7. Drugs in cold network checked in under the service shall be considered the responsibility of the customer and will not be accepted for destinations with ground segments.
8. If the shelf life of the drug or vaccination is not feasible for this product, claims do not apply.
9. Available exclusively on direct routes originating in MEX.
10. Route availability is according to current valid itinerary.
11. Minimum MX$ 200.00 FREIGHT charge apply.
Check-in, Acceptance and Pickup
1. Your cargo is considered as accepted once the air waybill has been issued and all inspections required by Aeroméxico and the local government have been duly completed.
2. Your shipment will be available for pickup 2.5 hours after the actual landing time for the selected flight; except for force majeure events beyond Aeromexico Cargo's control that hinder from meeting this time, e.g., heavy storm at the station, road closures to vehicular traffic, etc.
3. Maximum airport-to-airport service time: Next day. In transit routes, consider an additional 12 hours.
4. Each item of your shipment must be clearly labeled, including name and address of shipper and recipient.
5. Recycled or repurposed cardboard boxes are not accepted, or printed boxes that do not correspond to the products contained in them (e.g., egg boxes).
6. Your air waybill must include an available 24/7 contact.
7. Your shipment must contain all required documentation for local government according to type of good.

Packaging and Special Handling

Customers are responsible for compliance with maximum weight per “canoe” or container, as well as for use of cushioning material.
It is mandatory to declare an exact description of the product, in case of aerosols or liquids, hand over MSDS documentation to counter staff for validation of shipment. NO generic descriptions will be accepted.
Packaging conditions:
